Terms of Service

These terms apply to freight, airport cargo, and courier services arranged with CoreVault Metals & Transportation LLC.

1. Who we are

CoreVault Metals & Transportation LLC ("CoreVault", "we", "us") is a California limited liability company operating as a licensed general freight carrier. USDOT #8472666. D-U-N-S #14-831-8631.

2. Quotes and scope of service

Quotes are estimates based on the pickup and delivery details you provide, including weight, dimensions, locations, timing, and any special handling required. If the actual shipment differs from what was quoted, the rate may be adjusted before dispatch.

A quote becomes a confirmed booking only after CoreVault confirms it in writing or by phone.

3. Shipper responsibilities

You are responsible for describing your cargo accurately, packaging it so it can survive normal transport, and providing correct pickup and delivery contacts, access instructions, and any required paperwork.

You may not tender hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, or anything requiring authority or equipment we have not agreed to provide.

4. Pickup and delivery windows

We work to the windows we agree with you and keep 24/7 dispatch available at (818) 770-0215. Traffic, weather, airport or facility access, and events outside our control can affect timing. Where a delay is expected, we notify you as early as we can.

5. Custody and documentation

Shipments are moved with documented chain of custody. Proof of delivery, including signature or photo confirmation where applicable, is available on request.

6. Liability and insurance

CoreVault maintains commercial auto liability and cargo coverage. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the coverage in force and to the declared value of the shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed downstream deadlines.

Claims for loss, damage, or shortage must be submitted in writing to info@corevaulttransportation.com within nine (9) months of delivery, with supporting documentation.

7. Payment

Unless credit terms are agreed in writing, charges are due on completion of the move. Accessorial charges — waiting time, additional stops, after-hours service, or re-delivery — are billed as incurred and disclosed where possible before they apply.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at no charge before a van is dispatched. Once a van has been dispatched or has arrived at pickup, a reasonable dry-run charge may apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and by applicable federal transportation law and regulation. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
